IDDA Bianco Sicilia has notes of tomato leaves, sage, Cantaloupe (melon) and quince. This is followed by intriguing hints of honey and hay, yet a note of yeast and dough raises from the glass. The entrance is voluptuous and tight, yellow plum and pineapple enrich the palate with a sleek acidity. Clean-cut and savoury on the mineral-laced finish.

Philip Rees Not worth the high price. Would be acceptable at half the price. Too like other Sicilian wines that cost far less. Drinkable but not complex enough to be that interesting
