The Domaine du Haut Perron has been passed down from father to son for more than 4 generations. Each has contributed to expanding it and improving the quality of its production.
Until the 1950s, Raymond Allion, cultivated the Domaine in mixed farming like most farms in Touraine. A few hectares of vines, cereals, meadows to feed the horses and other farm animals. It was only from 1968 that his son Guy decided to gradually devote himself only to viticulture, and succeeded in doing so in 1991.
Guy's son Cedric completed the heritage of family know-how; through viticultural and oenological training at the Beaune high school. This training allowed him to enrich his practical knowledge with that of the latest techniques that have materialised through the modernization and development of the family property since he joined the business in 1999.
Tasting notes: A pale yellow colour with soft green highlights reveals perfect clarity as well as well-controlled intensity. The nose presents an undeniable charm, marked by aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and delicate white flowers, notably blackcurrant bud. On the palate, the wine reveals beautiful balance and body structure and shows notes of citrus fruits and refined plant accents.
