Situated in the northeast of Italy, Friuli is one of the country’s smallest regions. Friuli’s wine history is naturally connected to the territory and its people. Grappa had been part of northern Italian culture since the 14th century, but its renaissance is recent. Bepi Tosolini Grappa was born in 1943 during World War II when Bepi Tosolini decided to continue his natural and simple family tradition of grappa production and create his first small distillery.
Delicate well expressed fruity aromas with a marked note of ripe prune are present on the nose followed by a wonderfully dry flavour with an elegant aftertaste.
