Glengoyne 21 Year Old

Since its founding in 1883, Glengoyne has maintained its commitment to time and craftsmanship. Their unhurried approach is most shown through the use of airdrying their barley, allowing the true character of the spirit to shine through. Resulting in a clean, fruity, rich spirit that is layered in flavour. 

The Glenngoyne 21 is the result of over two decades of slow distillation and patient maturation in first-fill sherry casks. Producing aromas of Red apples, toffee and dried fruits like Christmas cake in a glass. On the palate, there is lots of influence from the sherry cask, along with honeyed oak, with a warm, dry and spiced finish
