On the nose, you are greeted by waves of red apples and ripe melon, then mellowing into hot porridge topped with brown sugar. The palate is full-bodied and rich, starting with macerated fruits, marzipan and walnuts, then warm spices, dry cocoa and a lingering note of marmalade.
