GlenDronach 12 Year old

Tucked into the rugged hills of Aberdeenshire, Glendronach has been crafting rich Highland single malt since 1826. The distillery takes its name from the beautiful surroundings in which it is located: Glendronach roughly translates to "Valley of the Brambles." In Gaelic  The character of the whisky reflects this landscape, delivering deep, complex flavours with every sip.

This superb, richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso sherry casks. Deep amber-red/gold in colour with notes of sweet creamy vanilla, spiced mulled wine and hints of ginger on the nose. The creamy, sweet richness continues on the palate, combined with flavours of raisins and soft fruits, leading to a spicy medium length and dry finish.
