Glencadam 15

Built in 1825, Glencadam has a rich history and yet oftern is mistakenly missed for bigger highland whisky producers; this award-winning, under-valued whisky is a must pick for any lover of robust highland malts. 

Part of the core expression of Glencadam the 15-year-old is matured in American ex-bourbon casks and provides great balance with fruity and creamy notes. 

On the nose, you are greeted by pronounced orchard fruit, vanilla pods, citrus peel and toasted nuts. The palate provides sweet and creamy notes alongside dried apple, sugared almonds, cocoa powder, nutmeg and panna cotta, finishing with a long lingering baking spice that coats the tongue.
