For this particular edition of cask strength, the Glenallachie team have combined whisky from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, as well as helpings of whisky from virgin oak and Rioja casks. It's been bottled up at cask strength (as the name suggests), weighing in at 58.1% ABV. Big, bold, and flavoursome, truly incredible stuff!
