Herencia Altes Garnatxa Blanca Trementinaire

Trementinaire refers to the wise women of the mountain, the healers, the witches. Produced from old vine Garnacha Blanca, the grapes are hand harvested and macerated on their skins for 10 days, providing this beautiful bright amber colouring and adding bite to the finish. Aromas of dried herbs and citrus peel on the nose are met by marmalade and blanched almonds on the palate. A mineral and honeyed finish.
