Fósil is a white mountain wine - from vineyards at 1400 metres elevation and 600m away from the start of the Andes Mountains. This wine is an expression of it's terroir, cold climate, alluvial soils and Andean breezes from one of the highest areas in the Uco Valley.
Majority aged in concrete vessels with approximately 30% in French oak barrels. A citrus palate with bright acidity and creamy lees. Subtle herbal aromas, apples and pears with a textured yet fresh mouthfeel.
