Zuccardi Fosil Chardonnay

Zuccardi are one of the most exciting producers in Argentina and truly wish to emphasise the importance of site in their wines. This is a brilliantly complex Chardonnay from two cooler-climate plots in the Estancia San Pablo sub-region. It was wild-fermented in concrete eggs and 500-litre seasoned oak barrels, to produce a wine of precision and focus with delicious notes of citrus, stone fruits and wild herbs on a creamy lees backdrop.
