Lovely Langhe Chardonnay from Dave Fletcher. This one leans slightly more on the tropical fruit with crisp citrus and orchard fruit playing a supporting role. The palate weight is perfectly poised, enhanced with the aging in French oak barrique, providing a rounded texture that coats the palate. This structure opens the door to further improvement with careful cellaring. Great value for money.
