Pegasus Bay Finale Noble Semillon

A warm amber hue reflects the ripeness of the grapes and the botrytis. The generous bouquet and flavour suggest lychee, apricot, comb honey, candied orange peel, nougat, and toasted almonds. It is decadently mouth filling and rich but has a sinuous spine of acidity and minerality that draws out the length and provides a perfect balance to the wine's natural lusciousness.
