FEW is a fantastic craft distillery based out of Evanston, Illinois, a city that endured Prohibition for a hundred years or so , FEW is an ironic name, inspired by Frances Elizabeth Willard who was a key figure in the Temperance Movement.
Their Rye is just sensational, very fruity on the nose with notes of apples, pears and plums leading to a deliciously sweet palate, rich with banana and orange peel, spiced apple.
