Produced from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, all harvested by hand and then aged on lees for 30 months before bottling. Creating a bright straw yellow with a persistent perlage. Pleasant fruity notes with hints of brioche and hazelnuts. On the palate, it provides a fresh and exciting style of wine, inviting you to an array of citrus and light tropical fruits and minerality on the finish, enhanced by the velvety soft effervescence.
