Once seen as an 'up and coming' winemaker, Eva Fricke is now fully established in the Rheingau. Eva's wines are based on a holistic concept that relies on the use of traditional methods, intuition and time. The natural characteristics of each site and vintage are respected and Eva has received many accreditation within vegan and biodynamic practices. avoiding the use of any herbicides or pesticides in her vineyards, all wines are made using organic practices and all producers she works with follow the same respect for nature as Eva employs throughout her vineyard.

This Riesling delivers a juicy, fruit-forward profile with rich apple and peach aromas, complemented by elegant mineral notes that linger through the crisp, dry finish. It pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes including light pastas, fresh salads, white meats, and delicate fish preparations, or simply enjoy it as a refreshing aperitif.
