A blend of 72% Shiraz and 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2017 Enchanted Path weighs in at a labelled 16.5% alcohol, yet (when served at the proper temperature) it doesn't come across as being overripe or hot. It's unabashedly full-bodied, with notes of blackberry, blueberry and cassis, yet it retains a savoury edge, rich, velvety tannins and a long, intense finish.
