Eisenstone Hoffmann Ebenezer Shiraz SV902 2020

The grapes for the Hoffmann single vineyard wine are sourced from the famed Dallwitz Block, which was largely planted between 1888 and 1912, and more specifically rows 25-30 of the “younger” 7+ year old vines.

The flavours are extremely concentrated and lavish but with amazing finesse and elegant poise. Savory fruit with ripe berry overlaying spicy oak, mind bending depth and length, one of, if not the best examples of Shiraz we've ever tasted.

Huge ageing potential, 15-20 years at least. Just 400 bottles produced, each individually numbered.
