Grapes were sourced from Adrian Hoffmann's vineyard at Ebenezer in the northern end of the Barossa Valley.
A thick, deep purple colour, dense with cherry fruit, chocolate and savory olive, the flavours are massively concentrated but with amazing purity, poise and effortless finesse, astounding quality. Perhaps more approachable in it's youth than the SV902 or SV904.
Drinking beautifully now, but the powerful Eisenstone structure means it's also primed for many years in the cellar.
