The current head of the maison, Gerard Briottet, represents the fourth generation of the family and continues the tradition started by his great grandfather, Edmond Briottet, in 1836 at 12 rue Berlier in Dijon, France. These are some of the most highly regarded liqueurs by bartenders and restaurateurs worldwide and are of superb quality.
Curaçao Triple Sec is made from the double distillation of sweet and bitter oranges. It is an irreplaceable base for a number of cocktails due to its sweet / bitter orange taste, think Margaritas! Curaçao Triple Sec can also be served with desserts (Crepes Suzette), incorporated into various recipes using oranges (duck), or served pure and iced (with a zest of lemon).
