The current head of the maison, Gerard Briottet, represents the fourth generation of the family and continues the tradition started by his great grandfather, Edmond Briottet, in 1836 at 12 rue Berlier in Dijon, France. These are some of the most highly regarded liqueurs by bartenders and restaurateurs worldwide and are of superb quality.
A subtle blend of green and red rhubarb put in maceration for 2 months gives the rhubarb liqueur its unique taste and its light pink color, no dye was added.
