Edmond Briottet Manzana Verde (Green Apple) Liqueur

The current head of the maison, Gerard Briottet, represents the fourth generation of the family and continues the tradition started by his great grandfather, Edmond Briottet, in 1836 at 12 rue Berlier in Dijon, France. These are some of the most highly regarded liqueurs by bartenders and restaurateurs worldwide and are of superb quality.
Zesty, green apple juice and freshly peeled skins with just a touch of pear drops on the nose. Sweet, with balancing acidity on the palate and flavours of crisp green apples and clear apple juice, not sour.
