The current head of the maison, Gerard Briottet, represents the fourth generation of the family and continues the tradition started by his great grandfather, Edmond Briottet, in 1836 at 12 rue Berlier in Dijon, France. These are some of the most highly regarded liqueurs by bartenders and restaurateurs worldwide and are of superb quality.
The Passion Fruit is derived from the Passiflora vine native to Paraguay, Brazil and northeastern Argentina. It makes a great liqueur and can be served all sorts of cocktails or just over ice.
