The current head of the maison, Gerard Briottet, represents the fourth generation of the family and continues the tradition started by his great grandfather, Edmond Briottet, in 1836 at 12 rue Berlier in Dijon, France. These are some of the most highly regarded liqueurs by bartenders and restaurateurs worldwide and are of superb quality.
A delicious liqueur, of deepest blue. This is made with the dried peel of bitter Curaçao oranges. As with all Edmond Briottet liqueurs, this contains all natural, top quality ingredients.
