A single pot still Irish whiskey made at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo. Triple distilled from a combination of malted and unmalted Irish barley and also Irish Barra oats, it has then been matured in ex-Oloroso sherry and ex-Kentucky Bourbon casks.
Nose - Rich and extravagant, yet balanced with aromatic warm pot spice, vanilla and dried fruit aromas.
Palate - Complex and fully balanced, a glorious marraige of pot spice, fresh fig, Oloroso sherry and toasted oak notes.
Finish - Elegant with a wonderfully creamy mouthfeel. It lingers sublimely on the palate.
