This winery is steeped in history, it has been in the family since 1648 and today 10th generation Louis Guntrum is making some of the regions finest wines. 

Dornfelder is a dark-skinned German grape. This wine is medium bodied packed full of red fruits, cherries with a hint of sweetness on the palate. Very drinkable especially served slightly chilled alongside.
