Domaine Tawse Beaune 1er Cru Tuvilains 2018

This is a really energetic Beaune, full of life and vigor, fresh, juicy raspberry cascades on to the palate with a nice to and fro between creamy and earthy before a crackle of peppery spice. Great balance, weighty but still fresh and moreish, impeccably made. Drink now and over the next 5 years whilst the freshness is there.
