Pernot-Belicard's Les Perrieres vineyard can be found in Southern Meursault, know for producing hugely complex, classically styled examples, the 2021's are no different. Very elegant and beautifully structured. Honeyed notes of spiced apple and pear coat the palate, so poised and pure with such great texture. Sweet green herbs flutter very gently in the background with creamy oak firmly supporting the entire package. Brilliant.
