This organic wine is a blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Carignan. Don't let the darker colour of this rose deter you. Dry with flavours of raspberry and redcurrant. It is richer than most roses but it is versatile enough to be enjoyed on it's own or with food. Delicious with salmon, mild cheeses and tomato tart
Remarkably complex array of fruit tastes which they have somehow brilliantly combined into a dry and refreshing wine. It's robust and works well with food, and it's complicated and lasting so that it can be drunk on its own. The wine is darker than most roses, so those daft enough to only drink the pale stuff (because that's what everyone else does) can leave supplies for the rest of us. Very very highly recommended (and organic).
