What a  fantastic example of Nuits St George! There's a lovely backwards and forwards between pretty red fruits like strawberry and raspberry and more earthy, mature and tar like notes, some tobacco too. Medium weight and elegant throughout but with some rustic Burgundian charm. The finish is long and poised with tannins that hold everything together with ease.
