Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvee

The inaugural release from what promises to be one of the English wine industries most exciting projects to date. Domaine Evremond was born in 2015 when the iconic Champagne house Taittinger purchased their first plot of English land. The brand is a reflection of both the traditions of Champagne and the unique qualities of English viticulture. 

The Classic Cuvee is just that, a classic blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, aged for three years on the lees. Complex, yet fresh and crisp with delicious notes of green orchard fruit, honeyed peach and quince before a nutty finish, finely dusted with a vale of white pepper.
