Domaine des Brumes Anjou Rouge

Located on the village of Saint Aubin de Luignie in the Layon Valley, Domaine des Brumes is comprised of a patchwork of 13 hectares planted around the western Anjou Noir Region. after recently converting to organic practices through out the vineyard they aim to further this by aiming to be biodynamic over the following years to further enhance the gentle nature of there wines and create an elegance and finesse in there wines.

A blend of Cabernet Franc, Grolleau Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon produced from a range of 10 to 100 year old vines. Creating a balance of flavour, power and suppleness this wine, on the palate it produces notes of soft red fruits and soft spices accompanied by silky tannins. Perfect alongside a charcuterie board or boeuf bourguignon.
