Produced from selected plots on the edge of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the vines are organically farmed. After being matured in barriques for 6 months, the wine produces persistent notes of peaches and apricots alongside a bright acidity to maintain freshness. 

Serve alongside a warm pasta salad, lamb chops with lemon caper sauce, or fried fish with Moroccan-style herb sauce.
