Domaine de la Chapelle les Grands Climats Pouilly Fuisse 2020

Fantastic Pouilly-Fuisse from Domaine de la Chapelle. The nose has gentle aromatics of jasmine and blossom that float softly next to fresh orchard fruit and faint touch of sweet green herb. The palate texture is wonderful, weighty but balanced, the lemon acidity buzzes across the tongue with crunchy apples and pears a splash of orange and another smattering of spice. Brilliant stuff and one to open and enjoy from now and over the next couple of years.
