Domaine Berthaut, run by husband and wife team Amelie & Nicolas, is located in Fixin where they produce classic Burgundian wines from their 18 Hectares of vines. This is their sensational Hautes Cotes de Nuits with it's delightful nose of perfumed strawberry and beautifully weighted palate packed with more mouth filling ripe red fruit and dashes of rose, very pretty and absolutely delicious.
