Domaine Berthaut, run by husband and wife team Amelie & Nicolas, is located in Fixin where they produce classic Burgundian wines from their 18 Hectares of vines. Their 2020 Fixin has a beautifully weighted palate charged with generous notes of red berry fruit, cherry and a touch of plum before being coated in a thin vale of sweet spice. The finish is long with a really pleasing bitter edge.
