Dom Perignon

While Dom Perignon is often credited with inventing Champagne - he spent most of his life trying to prevent the wine from developing bubbles. It was the British that first saw the sparkle in Champagne as a desirable trait. 

Almonds, toast and slightly earthy with hints of dried fruit on the nose. On the palate it is concentrated yet creamy.
