Who doesn't love a glow in the dark label! Demuerte is a blend made up of 90% Monastrell and 10% Cabernet, and what a blend it is! Deep, dark red in colour the nose is rich with spiced red berry fruit and an alluring note of toasty vanilla with even more of the same on the palate, medium to full-bodied, beautifully rounded with luscious red fruits, this time there's a creaminess that adds to the velvety mouth feel before earthy spice appears on the long, structured finish. This would make the perfect partner to a decedent Chorizo stew or with Manchego cheese & a slither of Membrillo.
