Delhiem Staying Alive Riesling

At Delheim, sustainability is woven into every aspect of operations, from community engagement and land stewardship to winemaking and business practices. The estate's enduring goal has been to foster a robust culture of sustainable development, both on the farm and within the community that grows and works together on the Delheim property.

Created as a collaboration with Christoph Hammel, the Staying alive Riesling was produced from a small vineyard planted at Delhiem. The idea was to produce Riesling with a more fruit forward character resulting in a clean and focused rendition of the Riesling variety. Pair alongside an array of smoked sausages and meats.
