Consolation Wild Boar Syrah

Named after the Wild Boar who ate half the previous vintages crop of Syrah! Following a gentle tank ferment the wine was aged in oak barrels for 10 months. Inky colour, earthy and a touch minty with intense black fruit and soft tannins on a full, big and rich body, combining savoury and sweet, very ripe fruit. Absolutely delicious!
