This is brilliant, approachable yet seductive with juicy, plummy fruit, luscious cassis and pretty aromatics. Such good value for money and really food friendly. Wines like this highlight just how good the Graves region is at producing quality Bordeaux at an accessible price point.
I am already a fan of Graves wines and Chateau Trebiac is no exception. It's quite a recent vintage but if you are happy to let it breath for 30-40mins after you've opened the bottle, or even better, decant it and let it sit for a whlle, you will be rewarded. And if you eat meat, I can recommend it to go with your favourite dish. The warm, plum smoothness comes through and compliments the meal. Salut!
