Chateau Sociando Mallet 2012

Delectable blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Medium leaning towards full bodied, red fruited but with subtle earthy, savoury spiced undertones. The Tannins are beautifully rounded and ripe with the perfect pinch of acidity. This one undoubtedly has a few more years of development in the tank but it's at peak now and is ready to open and enjoy in all it's glory.
