Chateau L'Escarelle Les Deux Anges Provance Rose

Deux Anges is an elegant style of rosé with a pink colour and salmon-coloured hues. On the palate, it carries a refreshing acidity, enhancing the aromas of peach, grapefruit and apricot. On the palate, it is delicate and fresh with notes of white fruit such as pear, apricot and white peaches. This wine is the perfect aperitif; however, it would drink wonderfully alongside pan-fried scallops or a spiced prawn linguine.
