Whispering Angel sources its grapes - primarily Grenache, Rolle (Vermentino) and Cinsault -from select vineyards in the Esclans Valley and surrounding Côtes de Provence. Night harvesting preserves the grapes' freshness by avoiding daytime heat.
At the cellars, rigorous sorting ensures only premium quality fruit is used in production. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and kept chilled at every stage of the process to preserve freshness, balance and refinement that have contributed to its widespread popularity.
This rosé offers vibrant red berry flavours complemented by delicate floral notes. Very fresh, clean, mineral with a white peach expression. The palate is well-structured with a lush, rounded texture and impressive depth, culminating in a smooth finish without astringency.
