Now spanning over 809 hectares of vineyards across 150 crus managed through a grape growers' collective, they are guaranteed an exceptional supply of high-quality grapes to work with. Meunier imparts its full flavour to a champagne where the delicate bubbles release an array of red and black berry fruits. 30% Chardonnay, 50% Meunier, and 20% Pinot Noir. A blend of red and white grapes, from old Pinot Noir and Meunier vines, enhances the intricate balance of aromas. Grapefruit is an unexpected addition, leaving in its wake a pleasing sensation of freshness.
