Chateau Desmirail 3eme Cru Classe

Fantastic poise and balance from this vintage of Desmirail. Medium bodied with lively cherry and blackberry fruit. The palate is fresh and moreish but with some serious underlying vanilla spice, earthy leather and aromatic tobacco. Great length with a touch of grip from the beautifully integrated tannins. Cellar for another ten years at least or open now and enjoy alongside roast beef.
