The mythical 'Rarita' wines from Terlan are special editions of mature white wines that have been left to age on the lees in steel pressure tanks for at least ten years. They are some of the finest expressions in the world, built to last, somehow managing to combine a youthful freshness with a complex maturity. Rarely produced, and when they, it's in very limited quantities, they are as elusive as they are sensational.

2010's Rarita is a deep one, alluring and engaging with every sip, there's mind bending complexity at every turn, floral and pretty, peachy with aromatic herb and a citrus peel freshness before salty, mineral and flinty notes lightly coat the palate, wonderful texture and endless length.
