Brennan's B2 Pinot Noir expresses some of the best value wine from its region of Central Otago by aiming to capture the bright and aromatic fruit characteristics of a Pinot Noir from this region before fermentation and barrel aging to produce a ripe and tangy wine with aromas of sour cherry and violets, with tertiary flavours of mushroom and forest floor lingering in the background, providing complexity to the wine alongside great length and structure. Pairs wonderfully with rich game dishes or stews.
B2 is a smooth Pinot Noir from Central Otago. I recently purchased a 2021 bottle in New Zealand and that convinced me to buy some when I returned to the UK. Personally I think this is one of the best Pinot Noir's just a shame it is more tricky to find in the UK. So thanks very much for making them available !
