Nestled in the heart of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG region, Borgoluce overlooks the UNESCO World Heritage hills, crafting sparkling wines that embody local traditions while maintaining environmental harmony.

Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, a cornerstone of Italian sparkling wine production since 1876, has long been renowned for its expertise in this field, marked by the establishment of Italy's first Oenological School in Conegliano.

Borgoluce embraces organic and biodynamic agricultural principles in their vineyards, prioritizing a short supply chain. Their modern cellar, located on-site, allows for meticulous control over the winemaking process.

The wine's flavour profile strikes a balance between harmony and elegance, complemented by a surprising softness and opulent taste sensations. On the nose, it presents a well-balanced bouquet, brimming with fruity notes and subtle hints of wild flowers. The aroma showcases yellow apple and exotic fruits. The palate is fresh and fruit-forward, with savoury undertones leading to a harmonious, elegantly soft, and lingering finish.

This sparkling wine is an ideal companion for light appetizers at celebratory events. It also pairs exceptionally well with seafood and shellfish dishes, making it a versatile choice for various dining experiences.

What a lovely Prosecco

Excellent service, product very well wrapped. Had this Prosecco whilst in Italy and really enjoyed it, so it was a real treat to find someone who stocked it in the UK. Not too sweet (as some can be) and very smooth really enjoyed it Christmas Day and it took us back to our holiday well worth a try.
