Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, a cornerstone of Italian sparkling wine production since 1876, has long been renowned for its expertise in this field, marked by the establishment of Italy's first Oenological School in Conegliano.
Borgoluce embraces organic and biodynamic agricultural principles in their vineyards, prioritizing a short supply chain. Their modern cellar, located on-site, allows for meticulous control over the winemaking process.
The wine's flavour profile strikes a balance between harmony and elegance, complemented by a surprising softness and opulent taste sensations. Excellent service, product very well wrapped. Had this Prosecco whilst in Italy and really enjoyed it, so it was a real treat to find someone who stocked it in the UK. Not too sweet (as some can be) and very smooth really enjoyed it Christmas Day and it took us back to our holiday well worth a try.
