Bollinger La Grande Annee Rose

Certain years give an exceptionally high quality harvest which has the qualities to express a particular style of the house. These years are marked by the seal of the vintage and give birth to the rare bottles of Bollinger La Grande Annee that have the potential to age exceptionally. Sometimes they can also be made into a rose (La Grande Annee Rose). The wine is salmon pink in colour with orangey highlights. On the nose there are notes of red currants, cherry, kirsch and almonds with spicy toasty aromas. Very fresh on the mid palate with a lingering, toasty finish.
