Bodega Sers are based in Somontano, a small D.O. in North Eastern Spain. They produce incredible, small production wines from their 12 Hectares of vines. Their Singuar Parralet is really interesting, a native grape Somontano, Parraleta is an ancient varietal rarely seen outside of Spain and Portugal. This is a magnificent example, rich and intense on the nose with woody vanilla, blackberry and chocolate underpinned with a subtle floral quality. The palate is powerful, yet incredibly refined with more aromatic toasted vanilla, purple fruit and pretty floral notes.
